Are you interested in becoming more involved in CIC-DC and expanding your business contacts while helping to promote DC’s captive industry at the same time?
 
If the answer is yes, then we encourage you to apply to serve on one of CIC-DC’s Committees for 2010.
 
CIC-DC’s committees include:
 
Communication/Promotion Committee
This committee will assist in the development of communications/promotional strategies intended to showcase the value of CIC-DC membership and the advantages of the DC domicile. 
 
Legislative Committee
This committee will be responsible for evaluating legislative developments at both the state (district) and federal level and making policy recommendations to the CIC-DC board of directors.
 
Education Committee
This committee is tasked with developing the educational program for the association’s annual conference, as well as other CIC-DC educational events.
 
 
The Committees will meet at least three times by teleconference during the course of the year.  Members are expected to participate in all meetings.

The deadline for consideration is Friday, December 18th.  We expect that committee appointments will be made at the end of December and CIC-DC staff will communicate to all applicants accordingly.
